"I am a woman in my mid fifties who, back in March 2023 had a blood test which showed a slightly raised cholesterol level, my Mum had just had her 3rd heart attack, my weight was creeping up and my clothes were getting too tight! I had a choice, either buy new clothes or do something about my weight and cholesterol. So, with my confidence a little battered, I visited the gym where Lian showed me round. Following this I embarked on one to one personal training sessions with Lian, this is the best decision I made. Lian has advised me on getting fitter, healthy eating, setting achievable targets and given me a training programme to suit me.
